Industries

Aerospace Contract Manufacturing

As an aerospace component manufacturer, we work for OEMs, Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, interior makers, MRO providers and engineering buyers.

Aerospace Equipment OEMs

Aerospace machined components for aerospace equipment OEMs: housings, mounts and brackets for aircraft equipment, built to the OEM's drawing.

Aerospace Subcontractors

Build-to-print CNC machining for aerospace Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages: aerospace subcontractors send the drawing, we machine and inspect to it.

Aircraft Interior Manufacturers

Seat, monument and cabin hardware for aircraft interior manufacturers, machined in aluminum, titanium and engineering plastics to the customer's drawing.

About Us

Aerospace CNC Machining Focused on Non-Engine Parts

AeroCNCParts, a machining division of DEK, works only to customer drawings. Unlike aerospace machine shops that quote every kind of part, we concentrate our CNC aerospace work on non-engine components, so the same fixtures and inspection methods apply across most parts we make.

No catalog, no part design: your drawing is the reference for every batch. Our guide to aerospace CNC machining covers processes and documentation; early prototypes go to AeroRapidProto.

98% on-time delivery, 21+ years of experience, over 72 million parts produced and 32+ aerospace clients.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers on aerospace CNC machining services: parts we focus on, tolerances, finishes, documents and quotes.

What is CNC machining used for in aerospace?
It produces structural brackets, fittings, mounting components, avionics housings, heat sinks, frames and interior hardware from aluminum, titanium, stainless steel and engineering plastics to tight tolerances. The long answer is in our guide to aerospace CNC machining.
What documentation do you supply with aerospace machined parts?
On request, we supply the documents your program needs: material certificates with heat / lot traceability, a Certificate of Conformance, dimensional reports and an AS9102-style FAI report. Parts are made under an ISO 9001-certified quality system.
What tolerances can you hold?
Typically ±0.01 mm to ±0.005 mm, depending on geometry and material.
Which aerospace parts do you focus on?
Non-engine components: structural parts, brackets, fittings, mounting components, avionics and electronics housings, thermal parts and cabin interior components. Engine core parts are outside our focus.
Do you support low-volume and repeat production?
Yes, from first article through low-volume and repeat batch production. For programs with scheduled releases, the same approved process supports aerospace contract manufacturing over several years. For early-stage prototypes and design iteration, see AeroRapidProto.
Which finishes can you apply?
Chem film, Type II and Type III anodizing, passivation, electroless nickel and shot peening, applied per the drawing's callout.
What do I need to send for a quote?
A 3D model and a 2D drawing with tolerances, plus the material spec, finish, quantity and documentation requirements.

Send your drawing and 3D model for a quote: an engineer reviews it before machining, NDAs are signed on request, and repeat batches follow the same inspection plan.
