Titanium Aerospace Components
We machine titanium aerospace components to your drawing for aircraft structures, cabin interiors and equipment. Titanium carries high loads at low mass, resists corrosion and sits next to carbon-fiber structure.

AeroCNCParts, a machining division of DEK, machines titanium fittings, brackets, mounts and seat fittings to your drawing, from first article to repeat batches. For alloy background, see titanium alloys in aerospace.
Cleaning and passivation per the drawing's specification
Cleaning and passivation per the specification called out on your drawing, with the heat / lot number carried through finishing.

AMS 2430 shot peening for fatigue-sensitive parts
Shot peening per AMS 2430 is applied to fatigue-sensitive titanium parts where the drawing requires it.

Heat stays in the tool, so rigid setups, sharp carbide tools, controlled speeds and high-pressure coolant limit tool wear.
The tool keeps cutting rather than rubbing: dwelling or very light passes harden the surface and shorten tool life.
Thin walls on brackets and fittings deflect; machining sequence, step-down and fixture support keep them to size.
5-axis machining of titanium cuts lugs, bores and angled faces in one clamping with short tools.
Forgings and air heat-treated parts carry a hard, brittle surface layer, machined off to the depth the drawing sets.
We machine to the material specification on your drawing.
| Grade | Spec examples | Typical parts |
|---|---|---|
| Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) | AMS 4911 (plate, sheet), AMS 4928 (bar, forgings), ASTM B348 (bar), ASTM B265 (plate, sheet) | Fittings, brackets, mounts, seat fittings |
| Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Grade 23) | Per the material callout on the drawing | Parts where the drawing requires higher fracture toughness |
| Commercially pure Grade 2 | ASTM B265 (plate, sheet), ASTM B348 (bar) | Low-load, corrosion-resistant parts |

Send your drawing and 3D model for a quote: an engineer reviews it before machining, NDAs are signed on request, and repeat batches follow the same inspection plan.
